Draxton’s Destiny is one week closer to release, and I’m terrified excited to see what everyone thinks of the wounded sergeant and his Minshaari. Last week, I presented an interlude from the Ravyn’s point of view which was cut from the final novel as extraneous information. This week is no different. In August, fellow author Ellen Mint is coordinating an amazing giveaway of over a hundred books divided into Contemporary, Paranormal, and Historical subgenre grab bags. Each bag will contain several books in the subgenre.

Tuesdays are for Teasing! Today I’m returning to the Edgeworld Chronicles as I gear up to the release of Draxton’s Destiny, the second in that series. Draxton’s actions in Subject 5691: Petri lead to his arrest and imprisonment for two long years as the Alliance seeks to recapture their escaped experiment. Frustrated by Draxton’s iron will, his commander places him on the slave market where he’s bought by Losha Brixys, a mysterious offworlder. Like a pebble in a still pond, the effects of that sale ripple through Seshinaar and beyond.

Teaser Tuesday -Draxton’s Destiny

Tuesdays are for Teasing! Today I’m returning to the Edgeworld Chronicles and the second in that series. We first met Draxton when he helped Petri escape the space station which created, imprisoned, and tortured him. He reappears on Kinstral when he again aided the young man and his Den’Lastrian. The last we saw of him was at a slave market, again helping the Alliance’s experiment by refusing the man’s aid. Now, he’s on Seshinaar in the midst of a spider’s web not of his making. Is he a soldier, a pawn, or something else entirely?
